Complex working conditions such as heavy impact load, high-frequency reciprocating operation, dust corrosion and continuous full-load operation are the main causes of fatigue fracture, wear and premature failure of eccentric shafts. Most manufacturers select materials based on general experience rather than actual working conditions. Blind use of ordinary carbon steel and low-quality alloy steel leads to insufficient impact resistance, poor wear and fatigue resistance, resulting in cracks, deformation, wear and shaft fracture in a short time, causing frequent equipment shutdowns and high operation and maintenance costs.
To solve the material selection problem for eccentric shafts under complex working conditions, we provide accurate condition-matched material solutions based on rich customization experience. For conventional heavy-load conditions, 40Cr and 42CrMo high-quality alloy steels are adopted. With forging and tempering treatment, they have high strength and toughness to adapt to high-frequency impact loads with excellent fatigue and deformation resistance. For high-wear conditions, high-frequency quenching is applied to enhance surface hardness and wear resistance. For humid and corrosive environments, special anti-corrosion materials and surface protection processes are used. All materials are selected according to actual load, operating frequency and environmental conditions, eliminating common failures fundamentally, improving service life and stabilizing equipment operation.
